RESERVATIONS
Reservations can be made by calling 858-675-8471. The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn is open to resort guests, members and the public. We recommend scheduling services at least three weeks in advance of your visit for availability purposes. Bookings made on the same day of service and walk-in appointments are always welcome, based on availability. When scheduling, please specify if you prefer a gender for your therapist. If you have any health concerns or are pregnant, there may be contraindications for some services. All appointments must be guaranteed with a major credit card. Prices and services are subject to change.
CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Your treatments are reserved specifically for you. If you must cancel your appointment, please notify the spa directly at least 24 hours in advance of the treatment time to avoid being charged. We will make an effort to accommodate appointment rescheduling or modifications with at least a 24-hour notification. Rescheduling or modifications may not be possible and would be subject to availability. For a cancellation with less than a 24-hour notification or no-show appointment, the full treatment amount will be charged.
SPA ARRIVAL AND CHECK-IN
In order to enhance your experience, we recommend you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to complete a brief consultation form, change and relax. Arriving late will shorten your spa treatment, as we must end at the scheduled time so that we may honor the next guest’s appointment time. The full value of your treatment will be charged.
If you are attending as part of a group, please arrive at least 1 hour prior to your treatments.
AGE REQUIREMENTS
The minimum age requirement to utilize the spa facilities and receive massages, facials or body treatments is 18 years of age.
THE SPA EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival you will be escorted to our guest locker rooms where you will be provided with a robe and slippers Experience a variety of amenities including: an indoor whirlpool, steam room, and co-ed relaxation room/lounge. The Spa Garden offers a serene environment for spa guests to enjoy a private whirlpool with waterfall. Spa amenities are accessible on the day of your scheduled spa treatment. The Fitness Center is also available for use by spa guests.
DAY PASSES
In order to maintain a peaceful environment for our spa guests with confirmed reservations, a very limited number of day passes are available Monday thru Thursday only. Friday thru Sunday, guests must have a treatment booked to utilize the spa facilities.
CELL PHONE POLICY
The Spa at Rancho Bernardo Inn offers the rare opportunity to relax in a calm, quiet environment with little disruption or distraction. Please help us maintain this peaceful atmosphere by turning off your cell phones and electronics and by speaking softly.
SPA POOL & CABANAS
Discover tranquility when dining alfresco at the casual spa pool, open daily from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM. Pool bar hours may be altered during Daylight Savings. In order to maintain an environment of relaxation, the spa pool is open to spa guests only on the day of their scheduled treatment. Cabanas at the spa pool are available for reservation and may be enjoyed by spa guests only. No outside food or beverage is allowed in the spa pool or cabanas.
SPA BOUTIQUE
To continue your treatment benefits, a comprehensive offering of home care products, including those recommended by your therapist, are available in the spa boutique. We feature skincare lines such as Dermacare, Babor, Eminence and Knesko. The boutique also features jewelry and fashion attire from Z Supply, L Space, Tres Design and Beach Candles.
