The only cocktail from our 12 Days of Cocktails that lives on our AVANT Bar menu year round, this versatile drink is appropriately warm for the season and surprisingly refreshing in the warmer months. It was inspired by my grandma’s lovely Jule Kaga, a Scandinavian Christmas bread made with cardamom and candied fruit. Cardamom and citrus go so well together that many years ago I reimagined them gimlet form.
